  1. Membership is for the calendar year, not the school year.
  2. Membership must be in the name of an individual, not in the name of an institution or a library.
  3. Purchase orders and vouchers are accepted only if they are numbered and signed.
  4. Your application form must accompany your payment. We need this for our files.
  5. If you have let your membership lapse, it is considered a "new" membership rather than a "renewal."
  6. Membership cards are no longer issued. If you include an e-mail address on your membership form, verification of your dues will be sent to you via e-mail.
  7. To qualify for student membership, you must be a bona fide undergraduate or full-time graduate student and hold no full-time teaching appointments.
