Please remember
- Membership is for the calendar year, not the school year.
- Membership must be in the name of an individual, not in the name of an institution or a library.
- Purchase orders and vouchers are accepted only if they are numbered and signed.
- Your application form must accompany your payment. We need this for our files.
- If you have let your membership lapse, it is considered a "new" membership rather than a "renewal."
- Membership cards are no longer issued. If you include an e-mail address on your membership form, verification of your dues will be sent to you via e-mail.
- To qualify for student membership, you must be a bona fide undergraduate or full-time graduate student and hold no full-time teaching appointments.
